Put the corn on the cob into the sink and blast cool water over it if you need help getting all of the silk off. |

Prepare the pot you will be steaming your corn on the cob in by adding water and bringing it to a boil. |

Place the clean corn onto the steamer rack (or basket). |

Place the rack (or basket) into the pot... |

...and cover with a lid. |

10 minutes with the vent closed cooks the corn in the Turbo Cooker, give it 10-15 minutes if you are using a steamer basket. |

Remove the corn with tongs, it will be hot! |

You're now ready to dress your corn on the cob however you would like. |

The method I was brought up on is rubbing my ear of corn back and forth along a stick of butter while rolling it in order to soak the entire ear with delicious, fatty butter....

Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and you're ready to eat!
